Creative Cooking 2

This course, a continuation of Creative Cooking 1, provides training in the following
advanced techniques of food preparation: international and gourmet foods, cakes and
cake decorating, pasta, pastry, yeast breads, pies and more. Students prepare recipes of
their choice. While this course provides personal enrichment, it may also serve as a
foundation for further training in food service. Suggested follow-up: Chef and Restaurant.
Lab fee $25.00
Prerequisite: 6411. Open to grades 9, 10, 11 & 12.
