Below is the first page of a real DNA sequence that was collected by scientist

at Argonne National Laboratory.

Here's the color coding.  If you can't read the letters, check the peaks on the graph.

A...adenine is green

T...thymine is red

C...cytosine is blue

G...guanine is black


If you do all of the pages you end up with a sequence of 800 base pairs that looks like this:
