Short Bio:   Paul Hoel grew up in Rockford, Illinois where he attended Rockford West H. S.  He attended Elmhurst College where he played Basketball, Baseball and Golf.  He continued his education, earning his Master’s Degree in Administration from Chicago State University and a Type 75 from St. Xavier University. He started his teaching career in 1987 and has been teaching at Hinsdale South H.S. since 1994.  Paul is the Department Chairman for Health, Physical Education, and Driver Education. He teaches Early Bird PE and Upper Level Physical Education along with Driver Education.  He is the Frosh./Soph. Boys Golf Coach and he is an Assistant Athletic Director.
