Residency Requirements

All District 86 students must provide proof of residency each school year. Proof of residency is also required whenever a change of address occurs. The district has contracted with a third party vendor to electronically check student residency information. When residency cannot be electronically verified, further proof of residency will be required. If you have questions about the residency verification requirements, documents, process or procedures, please contact the registrar at Hinsdale Central or Hinsdale South.
